We provide a full range of aged care and disability support services including personal care, welfare checks, transport, respite care, social and community support, domestic assistance, and more.

Who can access your services?

We support seniors, people living with a disability, families needing respite, self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants, clients on Home Care Packages or CHSP, those transitioning to the Support at Home Program, and private clients.

Do I need an NDIS plan to use your services?

No. While we support self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants, we also provide services under Home Care Packages, the Support at Home Program (from July 2025), and private funding.

What areas do you service?

We provide mobile care across Victoria and South Australia, including Ararat, Ballarat, Bendigo, Hamilton, Horsham, Mildura, Portland, Shepparton, Warrnambool, Mount Gambier, and surrounding regional towns.

Are your carers qualified and trustworthy?

Yes. All carers have full background checks, qualifications, and up-to-date First Aid and CPR training to ensure safe, professional care.

Can you provide 24/7 care?

Yes. We provide live-in and overnight care, including dementia support, mobility assistance, post-surgery recovery, medication reminders, and respite services.

How much do your services cost?

Costs depend on the type and level of care required. We support funding through NDIS, Home Care Packages, CHSP, the Support at Home Program (from July 2025), and private payment. We always provide clear, upfront quotes.

Minimum Requirements

To work with us, applicants may need:

Current Police Check
First Aid and CPR Certificate
Relevant qualifications or experience in care/support work
Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Smartphone for rostering and communication
Excellent communication and professionalism

Depending on the role, additional checks or certifications may also be required.
